1989 Scandal Uncovered: Axl Rose Accused of Violently Sexually Assaulting a Woman – Shocking Details Revealed!
Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose is facing a new lawsuit accusing him of violently sexually assaulting a woman in a “volatile rage” back in 1989. The civil lawsuit filed by former “Penthouse” model Sheila Kennedy alleges that Rose violently assaulted her in his New York hotel room after meeting at a nightclub. The lawsuit claims a disturbing sequence of events where Rose grew increasingly aggressive, dragging Kennedy across the floor before forcibly penetrating her.
Kennedy first came forward with her accusations against Rose in her 2016 autobiography, but the lawsuit was only made possible recently by New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which temporarily waives the statute of limitations on civil suits concerning sexual misconduct. This week is the last opportunity for plaintiffs to file suits under the act.
The lawsuit details how Kennedy ended up with Rose, TV personality Riki Rachtman, and another model in Rose’s hotel suite, where several other people were partying with drugs and alcohol. Initially open to a sexual encounter with Rose, Kennedy started feeling uncomfortable as Rose’s behavior became increasingly alarming. When Kennedy tried to leave the room, she allegedly overheard Rose screaming offensive remarks at the other model before turning his aggression towards her.
The lawsuit states that Rose grabbed Kennedy by her robe, knocked her to the floor, dragged her across the suite, and forcefully penetrated her. He did not ask for consent or use protection, leaving Kennedy with lasting emotional, physical, psychological, and financial effects.
The lawsuit also implicates Rose in other allegations of aggressive and sexually hostile behavior. This includes claims that Rose participated in the gang-rape of his 15-year-old girlfriend in 1985 and threw a woman down the stairs in 1990 after she refused to engage in sexual activity with him.
