Former MAGA candidate launches shocking attack on Taylor Swift, claiming singer practices witchcraft

Taylor Swift, the beloved pop star, has found herself at the center of unexpected accusations from Kandiss Taylor, a former MAGA candidate from Georgia known for her outspoken views. Taylor took to social media to challenge Swift’s recent expressions of gratitude to her fans during the Eras tour movie.

Kandiss Taylor, who rose to prominence during her unsuccessful run for Governor in Georgia, has shifted her focus from political commentary to pop culture critique on social media. Most recently, she directed her attention towards Taylor Swift, accusing the singer of embracing witchcraft.

The controversy began when Taylor Swift posted on Instagram on October 19, thanking fans for their enthusiastic participation in the Eras tour movie. Kandiss Taylor expressed her dissent on social media, questioning Swift’s praise for fans creating videos with her music and alleged references to casting spells during performances.

Accusing Swift of celebrating witchcraft, Kandiss Taylor stated, “I know you’ve claimed to love Jesus. I know you claimed to be a Christian. Now, you’ve not only drifted and backslid. You’re influencing innocent minds to be enticed with the dark side of spirituality. I am so beyond disappointed.”

In a stern message to Taylor Swift, Kandiss Taylor, identifying as a Christian, emphasized the significance of the platform Swift has been given. She warned, “You have been gifted a HUGE platform. It didn’t just happen. God breathed on this. He can remove His hand and leave you to the witchcraft and your own devices. Let’s see how much Lucifer cares about you or your career. I promise. He doesn’t.”

Kandiss Taylor’s comments have divided the audience on social media, garnering significant attention with over 88,000 views and a mixed response from users. While some dismissed her claims, others expressed agreement.

As of now, Taylor Swift has not responded to Kandiss Taylor’s accusations, leaving the latter at the mercy of Swift’s fanbase, the Swifties, on social media.
