Kanye West has kept fans eagerly waiting for his new joint album Vultures with Ty Dolla Sign, but it seems like the release date has been pushed back once again. On January 23, he announced that there will be three different “volumes” of Vultures, with the first volume set to be released on February 9, followed by the next installments on March 8 and April 5.

Reports have surfaced that the song “Everybody” samples the Backstreet Boys’ hit “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” but the boy band did not give clearance for its use. In a surprising turn of events, Kanye has also announced plans to build a 100,000-acre metropolis in the Middle East, with Dubai being considered as a potential location. Luxury real estate agent Marcel Remus shared details of his meetings with Kanye, hinting at a possible collaboration in the real estate sector.
