Exciting news for music fans as a listening party for the highly anticipated album by Ty Dolla $ign and Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, is set to take place at Chicago’s United Center this Thursday.
The announcement was made by United Center on Tuesday morning, with tickets scheduled to go on sale later that day at 3 p.m.
Both artists teased the event with cryptic social media posts on Monday, sharing images hinting at the upcoming album titled “Vultures.” The album is expected to be released on Friday, a day after the listening party.
This album marks Ye’s first major release since Donda in 2021 and Ty Dolla $ign’s first major release since “Cheers to the Best Memories” in collaboration with Dvsn in 2021.
The debut single from the album, “Vultures,” sparked controversy due to lyrics referencing Ye’s controversial remarks made in recent years, including antisemitic comments.
Ye, known for his headline-grabbing statements, initially made a name for himself in Chicago at the start of his career.
