Posting on Instagram Stories, Rozay flaunted his extravagant lifestyle and ongoing renovations at his mansion, while hinting that there was a $37 million vacant lot next door for sale.

He boasted about his own $35 million dream mansion, calling it his customized “dream crib,” before teasing Drake with the opportunity to be his neighbor. With a playful tone, Ross urged his wealthy friends to consider the available lot next to his property.

While giving a brief tour of his mansion under construction, the background music of Birdman and Lil Wayne’s “Stuntin’ Like My Daddy” added to the playful yet competitive atmosphere.

Previously, Rick Ross had taunted Birdman, the head of Drake’s former label Cash Money, for allegedly facing financial struggles after a foreclosure on his Miami Beach mansion in 2018. Birdman eventually sold the waterfront property for significantly less than what he initially paid for it.
