Kim Petras, the 31-year-old pop superstar, has made the difficult decision to take a break from her scheduled festival performances this summer in order to focus on her health. In an announcement made on social media, Petras expressed her devastation over this decision but assured her fans that she will be back stronger than ever soon.
Without divulging specific details about her health issues, Petras shared her love for her fans and promised to make it up to them in the future. She was set to perform at various festivals across Europe and the United States, including Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Mighty Hoopla in London, Primavera Porto in Porto, and Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle. Additionally, she was announced as the headliner for LadyLand 2024, the annual Pride festival curated by New York nightlife icon Ladyfag.
Last year, Petras treated her fans to the release of her French-pop album “Problématique,” which features 10 tracks of ecstatic pop sounds.
