Trippie Redd & Machine Gun Kelly’s Epic Clap Back at Shady Producer – You Won’t Believe Their Response!

Trippie Redd and Machine Gun Kelly recently made headlines for their ultimate clap back at a producer who complained about his spot on their genre:sadboy EP, which was removed last month. The drama unfolded just one day before the project went live, when a producer known as @kaixan2k expressed on X (formerly Twitter), ā€œThe way I just learned I have a beat placement in this this morning and I know itā€™s bout to be the worst song Iā€™ve ever heard.ā€

Trippie Redd caught wind of the tweet and promptly replied, informing the person that their contribution would be removed from the package. Despite the beatmaker claiming they had already been paid, they failed to provide receipts when pressed by Trippie. Subsequently, after facing ridicule from Trippie and MGK fans online, the producer resorted to calling MGK a ā€œpedo,ā€ referencing an interview and tweet from MGK’s past where he was 19 and mentioned liking teens.

In a recent episode of Complexā€˜s GOAT Talk, Trippie labeled this moment as his ā€œGOAT Clapback,ā€ to which MGK added, ā€œUnfortunately, this will be the biggest moment that you ever had in your life, you piece of shit.ā€ The incident sparked controversy and shed light on the dynamic world of music production and collaboration.

Trippie Redd and Machine Gun Kelly surprised fans with their genre:sadboy album last month. The 10-track project features an appearance from JID and production credits from reputable names like SlimXX, BazeXX, Ronny J, among others.

The lead single, ā€œLost Boys,ā€ delves into MGK’s personal struggles with suicidal thoughts and depression. The song captures poignant lyrics such as, ā€œBloodshot, blue eyes, I recorded two tonight/ One is for all those I love, this oneā€™s for the suicide/ Everything is blue inside, everyone at you and I/ People wonā€™t say how they feel about you until you die.ā€ These introspective lyrics resonate with listeners and showcase MGK’s vulnerability and emotional depth.

Additionally, the song touches on themes of heartbreak, potentially alluding to MGK’s public relationship with Megan Fox. Lines like, ā€œIā€™m rich and still savage/ Iā€™m rich and Iā€™m unhappy/ I wish I was back in the days when I had a shitty shirt with my hat backwards/ Now Iā€™m alone in a vamp castle, Iā€™m telling myself itā€™s the last capsule/ But why would I even wanna be alive to see her with someone at Art Basel?ā€ reveal a raw and heartfelt portrayal of personal struggles.
