French Montana Charms Prison Guards During Visit to Maximum Security Prison
French Montana recently paid a visit to Max B in prison, capturing the heartwarming reunion with pictures posted on social media. The images show Max B and French standing next to each other behind bars, with Max donning prison overalls and French sporting a stylish designer t-shirt. The timestamp on the photos indicates they were taken on April 21.
Max B took to social media to express his gratitude for French Montana’s visit, playfully mentioning the impact his friend had on the female correction officers at the prison. In his caption, Max wrote, âBRO CAME THROUGH AND DROP OFF A BAG đ± ALL THE FEMALE CORRECTION OFFICERS PUT ON LIPSGLOSS WHEN THEY SAW YOU THEY WANTED A TASTE đ€Ł #COKEWAVE 4 LIFE #loyalty #2025 #HIPHOPSAVIOR.â The hashtag “2025” suggests that Max may be released from prison next year.
Despite being incarcerated for more than a decade, Max B has received positive news from behind bars. Last year, French Montana shared a phone call where he revealed that Max had earned his first gold plaque for his contributions to the hit song “Once in a While” in 2013. Max’s excitement was evident in the call when he expressed, âThatâs loopy, n-gga. Thatâs f*cking huge. Thatâs going on my wall. Thatâs my first accolade, man. Oh, man. Thank you, beloved. Itâs special, beloved.â
Initially facing a hefty 75-year sentence for armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and murder in 2009, Max B was expected to be released last year after a significant reduction in his sentence. In 2016, he accepted a plea deal that reduced his sentence to 20 years, further decreased to 12 years in 2019. With recent hints at his impending release, Max B shared his anticipation, saying, âItâs almost over. Two more joints, n-gga, Iâm sliding out. Max Bigavell. 45, I feel good, look good. I taste good, I smell good, n-gga.â
In addition to his musical successes, Max B also shared photos of visits from his 14-year-old son, Carter. Carter expressed his admiration and gratitude for his father, highlighting the life lessons learned from Max even while behind bars. He wrote, âEven behind the wall, my pops taught me a lot. Not just my love for music, but my determination, my perseverance, will to love, and strength. Iâm proud that I make him proud. ( U ainât have to give me that âProud of Youâ sticker on the pic tho pops. Iâm 14 now đąđ) #FreeMaxB.â
