The highly anticipated series of concerts by the Jonas Brothers in Mexico has been postponed to August. The reason for this change is due to Nick Jonas’ health issues. Mexican promoter Zignia Live made the official announcement, stating that Nick Jonas is unable to deliver the quality performance that his Mexican fans deserve at this time.
In an Instagram post, Nick Jonas shared that he has been diagnosed with influenza-A, which has affected his ability to sing. The concerts, originally scheduled for May, will now take place on August 21 and 22 in Mexico City, and August 24 and 25 in Monterrey.
Despite the inconvenience caused by the postponement, Nick expressed his love and gratitude to his fans, promising to bring 120% to the stage in August. The Jonas Brothers’ tour, produced by Live Nation, is their most ambitious to date, featuring 98 shows in 26 countries.
The Jonas Brothers, consisting of Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas, have been a formidable force in the music industry for over two decades, selling over 20 million albums worldwide. They have achieved remarkable success on the Billboard charts, with 26 hits on the Hot 100 and three consecutive No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200.
